Npc chatter does not account for "hide spacesuit in settlement" option. You get the "you dont have to wear a space helmet" dialogue line even without spacesuit. NPC will also talk about your guns while you are wearing apparel, with "hide spacesuit" enabled and no gun holstered.

There are a few other issues I picked up with NPC chatter conditionals and subsequently forgot, will update this issue as required.
