it had 2 object template combinations referencing the same condition, one with the wrong mod assigned. Not sure what the engine would do in that scenario, but it can't be good.

The fix is self evident, it's pretty much a typo fix, but not for spelling. The combination 4 in the object template is made for quality mod 5, but assigns quality mod 4, and it has an extra 5th combination made for quality mod 5. The fix assigns the correct quality mod in combination 4 and deletes the extra combination 5
