Having Assault Boost Training at level 7 comes with a slow motion effect when you aim at an enemy while in the air. If you have Phased time active at the same time this will interfere with the Starborn power, disabling it while the game still registers it as being active
As already stated above.. If you use Phased time, and then boost towards an enemy, have Assault Boost training maxed out and thus have the time reduction perk from the skill this will reduce the duration of the slow motion effect from Phased time by a significant amount. What's even worse is that the game will still consider Phased time as being active even after the slow motion effect has (prematurely) expired, preventing the player from using any other Starborn power

Yes
Prerequisites: Assault Boost Training level 4 (70% slow motion perk). Phased Time.
Steps: 1. Use Phased time, 2. Boost towards an enemy. 3. While boosting, aim at the target, triggering the perk. 4. The slow motion effect will quickly expire, while Phased time is still considered active (as noticable by the tiny stars floating around you). 5. Try recasting Phased time after the game speed has returned to normal, but the effect animation is still on. 6. You will notice that it is impossible to recast the power until the duration is officially over, even thou the duration was cut short by the assault boost training seemingly overwriting the duration of the Starborn power perk.
In the same vein there are some rare instances where the player gets stuck in indefinete phased time mode (which comes with alot of downsides, such as inability to reliably fire weapons more than once, reloading, etc. The one instance where I have been able to reliably trigger this bug is the fight against the Hunter. If you use Phased time during the confrontation your only realistic option is to try and melee him to death, thou you will run out of stamina). On the plus side the same glitch that prematurely ends Phased time can be used here so you won't have to load a previous save, cause using Assault Boost training (level 4) will also reduce Phased time duration to the slow motion duration provided by the level 4 assault boost training perk (so if you do not have that you will have to revert to an earlier save)
Both bugs are present on MS store version and Steam
