Not all Caelumite veins can harvested, and in some instances they're hard or too finicky to do so. Follow up on the MQ and mine the Caelumite veins, so far one of the veins at Piazzi VI-b - Science Facility from the MQ can't be harvested at all.

Aim at the Caelumite vein and try to harvest it, trying different angles help sometimes, but some of them won't work.
