Chemistry rank 4 applies to crafting anything. Because Mod Crafting Return Quantity doesn't have a Workbench tab like the similar Mod Crafting Freebie Chance, we can't check for that, but it does have an Item tab. We can add HasKeyword ObjectTypeAid OR HasKeyword ObjectTypeChem as conditionals there to fix it so it only applies to the chemistry lab. The chance is 6%, so it's too low to be worth the skill point even broken, but it should be fixed still. For the record, this fix isn't theoretical. I have tested it and found it to prevent tripling non-chem crafting while still allowing tripled chem crafting.
